We just sent an email message that contains the Agreement to the person whose email address was entered into the Agreement as the owner's email address.  If you don't see the message in the inbox check the spam folder.  Review the message and if you want to change anything click on the Reply button and tell us what you want to change.

To complete your order you must pay for your Beneficiary Deed using one of the following methods:

  • Call our legal assistant at 602-664-7413 and give her your credit card information.

After we receive your Agreement and payment we will prepare your documents in 3 – 5 business days and email the documents in pdf format to the email address of the owner set forth in the Agreement.
